Data Deletion Policy

At SehatVaani, you have full control over your data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and the India DPDP Act, we provide a simple way for you to delete your account and all associated data.

1. Right to be Forgotten

You can request the permanent deletion of your account at any time. This action is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of:

Your personal profile (Name, Email, Phone).
All uploaded medical reports and health history.
All AI-generated insights and dashboards.
Subscription history (anonymized records may be kept for accounting purposes as required by law).

2. How to Request Deletion

In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

By Email: Send an email from your registered email address to sehatvaani@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

3. Timeframe

Once a deletion request is received and confirmed, all your personal and health data will be purged from our active databases within 7 to 15 business days.

4. Confirmation Process

If requesting via email, we will send a verification link to your registered email to confirm that you are the owner of the account. Deletion will only proceed after successful verification.
