Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SehatVaani. We aim to keep our refund process transparent and fair for all our users.

Google Play Compliance: Since SehatVaani is a mobile application, all financial transactions, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, are handled directly by the Google Play Store.

1. No Direct Refunds

SehatVaani does not directly process refunds or store your credit card information. All payments and refund requests are governed by Google Play’s payment policies.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must request a refund through the Google Play Store.

Go to the Google Play Store refund page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund for a recent purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon at the top right.
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select SehatVaani and tap Cancel subscription.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds are generally not granted in the following cases:

Partial usage of the subscription period.
Forgot to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Change of mind after the Google Play Store's valid refund window has passed.
