By downloading or using the SehatVaani app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SehatVaani provides AI-powered insights to help users understand their medical reports in simple language. This service is a support tool and is intended for informational and educational awareness only.

Medical Disclaimer (READ CAREFULLY)

SehatVaani provides AI-generated insights based on the medical reports uploaded by users. These insights are created to help users understand their reports in a simple and accessible way.

However:

SehatVaani is NOT a doctor.
The app does NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
The information provided is for informational and awareness purposes only.
SehatVaani may be used as a temporary support tool, especially when a doctor is not immediately available. However, it must NOT be used as a final decision-making tool.
Users must always consult a qualified medical professional for accurate diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice.

SehatVaani shall not be held responsible for any decisions made based on the app’s output.

3. User Responsibilities

You must upload clear, legible, and accurate medical reports.
You agree not to misuse the system or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI logic.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

SehatVaani offers different tiers of service:

Premium	₹49/mo (or ₹499/yr)	Unlimited reports & chats, Lifetime storage, Priority processing

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Free Trial Terms

New users may be eligible for a free trial. Ads are included during the free trial, and usage limits apply as per the Free Plan.

6. Payments & Cancellation

Payments: All payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store "Subscriptions" settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SehatVaani shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to incorrect interpretations of medical data by the AI.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of SehatVaani.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
